Do you have a contractor’s license, business license, and liability insurance?
Don’t allow yourself to be swindled by a company that has simply slapped a “Certified” sticker on their van. Make an informed decision and minimize the risk of damage to your home.

What do my water testing results show?
Always, always ask for a written quote that includes your water analysis results as well as a written/digital copy of warranty information. Otherwise you may be counting on the word of that representative. So, always get it on paper as their are companies who claim their systems come with a lifetime warranty and don’t provide anything to back that up.
Even if you’re not an expert, it’s important to know your results in the event that your water issues are not resolved.
Will the recommended device treat enough water to accommodate my family’s needs?
Whether you have a small or large family, your water system should reflect your water usage, size of home, and water needs. Make sure that your technician is aware of how many members you have in your family, water usage tendencies, etc.
What is the total purchase price, and how much more can I expect to pay to maintain the system every year?
The question on everyone’s mind, “How much is this going to cost?” You’ll want to ask what the maintenance entails for your specific system. This also includes whether the company is able to offer a maintenance program or whether you can do it yourself.
Will you provide free follow-up water testing a few months after installation to ensure that the equipment is doing its job?
A system is only as good as it runs. Schedule a follow-up appointment with your Territory Manager over the phone to see the results of your system.
What is the lifespan of your water system?
One of the most obvious, yet most forgotten question is how long a system should last. Water systems, like other big purchases, are an investment. Do your research when choosing a system and find the best fit for your home and your budget.
Will I get notified when service is due for my system?
It’s difficult to know exactly when your system will next need service, but your water expert should be able to give you a ballpark time frame. Make a note of the next service appointment and ensure that it coincides with your needs
