At Kinetico, we know all about busy schedules and sore backs! Take advantage of our delivery Route Service to ensure you are receiving the highest quality of water without any equipment malfunctions. We are in your area every 28 days and you can choose the interval in which we come by, based on the recommendation by water usage and type of equipment. All of our route service deliveries are performed contactless, so there is no need to wait around on our technician. A noted calendar will be mailed for your convenience so you know exactly when your system will be serviced for the entire year. During our route service, not only are we adding in all the necessary products and changing your filters (as necessary), we will also be testing your system to ensure it is working properly.
Seasonal residents? No problem! We are happy to suspend your service until you are back in town.

For Salt Using Systems:
The Route Service charge is only $30, plus the cost of product, for all of our salt systems. Due to equipment malfunctions that our service department have encountered with other brands of salt, we only recommend Kinetico Brand Salt. Should you experience any issues that is related to our Kinetico Brand Salt, we will cover the cost of the route service charge!
For Whole House Reverse Osmosis Systems:
We offer both a 56-Day Route Service (delivery and replenishment of products, inspection, and testing of equipment), as well as a Quality Assurance Program, which includes repairs and replacements!
